Can you help us get started?

Yes, teams of 10+ are provided an 'Intro to Technically' session with our team, and a shared Slack channel is available to ask technical questions. But don't expect any custom emojis.

What if we need new topics covered?

We publish updates and new material regularly, and requests from Technically for Teams customers are prioritized in the queue. For a large volume of requests or an SLA on custom topic coverage, we offer custom pricing.

How does my team log in?

Currently we offer SSO with Google OAuth and Email sign-in — if you have specific SSO + access management requirements, just let us know. Login via carrier pigeon is not supported at this time.

Can we integrate Technically content into our own systems?

Yes, for an added fee.
