Integrations are how two pieces of software talk to each other and share data. Behind the fancy UI, most apps are just data: and through their public APIs, can you read (and maybe even write to) that data. If you’ve created a GCal invite with a Zoom link or gotten a Slack notification about changes to a Salesforce status you’ve used an integration before.
